職位概述
負(fù)責(zé)促進(jìn)和保持企業(yè)良好的對(duì)外關(guān)系和正面形象,以提高企業(yè)聲望;利用營(yíng)銷手段**程度的為公司創(chuàng)收并使市場(chǎng)分額**化;主動(dòng)與客戶建立關(guān)系,并積極拓展關(guān)系網(wǎng),從而增加銷售額。To promote andmaintain a good external relationship andpositive image of the company in order to enhance the reputation of the company; usemarketing methods to maximize the revenue forthe company andmaximize the market share. Actively build relationships with customers andexpandrelationships with customers in order to increase the revenue andbusiness transformation.
負(fù)責(zé)完成院長(zhǎng)下達(dá)的銷售指標(biāo)。He/ she is responsible forthe completion of the director‘s occupancy rate index.

Main responsibilities
主要職責(zé)
收益創(chuàng)造Revenue Creation
1) 對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)入住率負(fù)主要責(zé)任,促進(jìn)成交,為機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)收;He/ she is mainly responsible forthe facility’s occupancy rate, the sales of Wellbeing card andrelated products, to promote the transaction as far as possible, to increase the revenue forthe facility.
2) 跟進(jìn)接洽不同渠道來源的潛在客戶,負(fù)責(zé)參觀接待、后續(xù)跟進(jìn)、入住手續(xù)、創(chuàng)造銷售機(jī)會(huì);每周書面匯報(bào)給銷售經(jīng)理及院長(zhǎng);Follow up with potential customers of phone calls andemail sources, createbusiness opportunities; Write report to the directorweekly (potential customers andrelated information, so that the directorcan make the next step decision)
3) 及時(shí)整理客戶資料,對(duì)有意向但未成交的客戶進(jìn)行跟蹤回訪及記錄;Regularly organize customer information, keep a return visit to customers with intent but not sign the contract yet.
4) 保持現(xiàn)有客戶及其家屬的聯(lián)絡(luò),爭(zhēng)取周邊親友業(yè)務(wù);Maintain contact with existing clients andtheir families, andstrive forthe business of neighboring friends andrelatives.
5) 與潛在銷售渠道(如保險(xiǎn)公司、高夫球會(huì)、醫(yī)院、企業(yè)等組織聯(lián)絡(luò),獲取潛在客戶資源;并負(fù)責(zé)策劃及組織銷售活動(dòng)、預(yù)算規(guī)劃、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接待、銷售跟進(jìn)Contact with the high-end driving club, golf, horse andother organizations, obtain potential customers resources.
6)負(fù)責(zé)將客戶信息實(shí)時(shí)錄入系統(tǒng),生成客戶信息及銷售報(bào)告

7) 了解機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部的所有服務(wù)產(chǎn)品不僅限于機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)施,設(shè)備,餐飲,醫(yī)護(hù),康樂…為潛在客戶提供基礎(chǔ)的康養(yǎng)知識(shí)及服務(wù)計(jì)劃建議; Understandall service products inside the facility, not limited to the facility’s equipment, catering, health care, well-being... Provide basic knowledge andservice plan forpotential customers.
8) 學(xué)習(xí)并深刻理解參觀路線,遵循參觀線路并做好參觀機(jī)構(gòu)、介紹等接待工作;Learn andunderstanddeeply the visit course, follow it anddo a good job of visit, such as introduction andreception work.
9) 對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐酿B(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研, 熟悉各養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)、劣勢(shì)。Make full research on the local nursing homes, andbe familiar with the strengths andweaknesses of these nursing homes.
10) 做好簽約客戶前期資料的整理搜集工作;Do a good job in the early information collection of the client’s data.
11) 對(duì)入住老人及其家屬保持良好關(guān)系及聯(lián)系;Maintain a good relationship andcommunication with the residents andtheir families.
12) 與機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)其他部門通力配合,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)向院長(zhǎng)匯報(bào),為提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量而努力;Cooperate with the other departments of the facility, if find some problems, should report to the directortimely, andstrive to improve the quality of service.

能力要求
1. 熱愛銷售崗位,富有愛心及耐心,有親和力,具有服務(wù)意識(shí)及責(zé)任心。
2. 善于傾聽、洞察客戶需求,有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力及銷售技巧。
3. 具備良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí),良好的營(yíng)銷策劃能力;
4. 擅長(zhǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,抗壓能力強(qiáng),結(jié)果導(dǎo)向。
Qualification andexperience required
資歷及經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
1. 2年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有養(yǎng)老銷售行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
2. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,有護(hù)理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、醫(yī)藥相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先考慮
3. 有服務(wù)于高凈值人群的行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
