Responsibilities: - Present, sell different product lines to current, potential customers; - Prepare action plan to identify sales target; - Achieve monthly, yearly sales target; - Understand customer’s applications, support customer with professional knowledge of products; - Actively track market dynamics including competition situations, customer needs to aid business forecast; - Market share analysis, implementation of promotions; - Establish, maintain good relationship with direct customers, collect first hand customer feedback on our products; - Prepare the paperwork to activities, maintain contract service - Generate record, maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers. 崗位職責(zé)： - 向現(xiàn)有及潛在客戶展示和銷售公司的所有產(chǎn)品線； - 為實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)，制定行動(dòng)計(jì)劃和工作日程； - 完成月度和年度的銷售目標(biāo)； - 了解客戶的需求，同時(shí)為客戶提供專業(yè)的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)支持； - 積極跟蹤市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)，包括市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況，客戶的需求，來(lái)幫助業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)和規(guī)劃； - 對(duì)產(chǎn)品銷售進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)占有率分析和研究； - 建立、維護(hù)與直接客戶的良好關(guān)系，收集客戶對(duì)我們產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的**手反饋和需求； - 為制定和維護(hù)銷售合同提供有關(guān)的文本工作 ； - 記錄和維護(hù)客戶檔案，包括關(guān)鍵決策客戶的進(jìn)一步跟進(jìn)。 Requirements: -A College degree in dentistry is preferred; -With a minimum of 2-3 years’ sales experience; -Experience in dental market will be a big plus; -Good communication skills; -Base in Shanghai; -Need to travel; -Basic English. 任職要求： - 本科學(xué)歷，口腔專業(yè)畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先； - 2-3年牙科行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)； - 有口腔行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； - 具有良好的溝通能力； - 辦公在上海； - 需要出差； - 基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)。
