PURPOSE OF POSITION職位概述 The Country Medical Manager is responsible forthe medical performance andpatient outcomes in the respective Diaverum facility. Ensures compliance with Diaverum Policies, Procedures, Guidelines andthe prevailing country andregional requirements. 血透醫(yī)療經(jīng)理負責(zé)德瑞中國各中心的臨床醫(yī)療質(zhì)量和患者治療效果。確保遵守德瑞的政策、程序、指導(dǎo)方針以及現(xiàn)行的國家和地區(qū)要求。 KEY RESULT AREAS關(guān)鍵崗位職責(zé) Demonstrate fulfillment of the country requirements andbe duly authorized to practice medicine by the licensing authorities.符合國家要求，并通過相關(guān)發(fā)證機構(gòu)授權(quán)合法執(zhí)業(yè) Provide documentation of medical license andproof of liability insurance that will be kept on file in the facility. 提供相應(yīng)的醫(yī)療執(zhí)業(yè)執(zhí)照和責(zé)任保險證明文件，并將其保存在中心內(nèi) Serve as an active member of the facility Managing Team.積極參與中心的管理工作 Abide by the policies andprocedures mandated by all appropriate governmental agencies, Diaverum, Chief Medical Officer （SVP – Medical）. 遵守所有相關(guān)政府機構(gòu)以及德瑞首席醫(yī)療官（醫(yī)療副總裁）規(guī)定的政策和程序 Ensure implementation andcompliance with all clinical policies andprocedures.確保執(zhí)行和遵循所有臨床規(guī)范和程序 Review Medical Staff credentials to ensure compliance with requirements forpractice in a dialysis facility.審核醫(yī)療人員的資質(zhì)以確保符合在透析中心執(zhí)業(yè)的要求 Oversee Medical Staff practice andensure quality care is provided.監(jiān)督醫(yī)療人員的操作確保高質(zhì)量的服務(wù) Ensure physician coverage of the facility as required by the Health Minister orother regulation.確保中心醫(yī)生的服務(wù)范圍符合監(jiān)管機構(gòu)或其他法規(guī)的要求 Serve as a liaison with hospitals andother providers of clinical service to Diaverum patients.作為其他醫(yī)院或者醫(yī)療機構(gòu)與德瑞患者直接的溝通橋梁 Review clinical andfacility reports to ensure quality andcompliance with Diaverum policy andall other appropriate regulatory agencies. Reports include, but are not limited to: 審核臨床和中心設(shè)施報告，以確保質(zhì)量同時符合德瑞政策及所有其他適當(dāng)?shù)谋O(jiān)管機構(gòu)的要求。報告包括但不限于： o patient outcome data 患者療效數(shù)據(jù) o water quality andpreventive maintenance 水質(zhì)和預(yù)防性維護 o equipment maintenance 設(shè)備保養(yǎng) o mortality rates 死亡率 o infection control 感控 o medical records 病歷資料 Serve as a member of the QA Committee.參加質(zhì)控委員會 Support patient education events andother MKT promotion activities支持患者教育活動及其他市場推廣活動 Other tasks assigned by line manager上級交辦的其他工作 QUALIFICATIONS 任職資格 Education bachlordegree in Medical School醫(yī)學(xué)院本科學(xué)歷及以上 中級及以上職稱 Experience At least 10 years’ experience in renal service, with managerial experience in large hospital, holding academic titles andindustry reputation will be preferred不少于10年的腎臟醫(yī)療服務(wù)經(jīng)驗, 在大型醫(yī)院有科室或臨床管理經(jīng)驗，擁有學(xué)術(shù)頭銜和行業(yè)聲譽者優(yōu)先 Languages Superiorcommandof written andspoken English較強的英語口語和書面能力 IT Good knowledge of MS Office applications andcompany medical software system熟練使用辦公軟件及公司醫(yī)療軟件系統(tǒng)
